The real JARVIS
Runs qwen3:14b through Ollama, fully offline, with 48 tools in 6 packs (apps, files, shell, system, web, assistant). It works in a plan → call → observe loop and can chain tools, recover from its own mistakes, and ask before risky actions. Speech goes in through Whisper and comes out through a Piper voice with its own EQ and reverb. Turning the model's "thinking" mode off by default made replies 2.9× faster with no loss in picking the right tool.
